Little JAMz

Annually in October.  Registration is open below!  Boys are Full!  We did create a wait list & will consider a 2nd division if we get enough kids.  Just click on registration & elect the wait list & we will let you know.  Girls have a few spots left yet!

Led by our experienced JAM coaching staff, this 5-week transitional program will be offered to both boys & girls, K-2nd on our home court in Waukee.  We will focus on skills & building a strong foundation before we move into light competition all at an economical price.    

This program aims to be a valuable introductory experience that will help players transition from rec/light play to higher level play.  Learn to love the game in a fun, stress-free environment focused on player development.  

Session 2 Details

Location - The Barn, 728 Interstate Pkwy, Waukee, IA 50263

Dates/Times - Monday nights, October 5th - November 2nd, 2026, 5:30-7 PM

Open to - Boys & Girls, Grades K - 2, limited capacity

Cost - $140 (includes a reversible jersey)

Upon conclusion of Little JAMz in November, families will have the option to continue with Winter team formation (which will include a condensed schedule compared to our tryout teams) that includes team practices & league games.

Q&A - 

What is the skill level for Little JAMz?  Answer - all skill levels are welcome in grades K-2.  While the program will focus on basic skills & building a strong foundation for young players, we anticipate we will also bring in players with some competitive experience.  

Can my player do both Little JAMz & a tryout team?  Answer - yes, but only for 1st & 2nd grades with the JAM program.  We will not have tryout teams for K.  Little JAMz & our tryout teams will practice on different nights so this is possible. 

What is the optional winter season like?  Answer - The condensed winter season will be optional for families at the conclusion of Little JAMz & is technically a separate program.  For players/families that want to continue to play competitively with JAM December - February, we will offer this option which will include team practices, league play, & tournaments.  More information will be made available at the conclusion of Little JAMz.
